&lt;p&gt;Like other 5- year-old girls, Abbey Evans from Mayland, has lots of dreams and wishes. She may have dreams of being a singer, ballerina or a princess; but her biggest wish is to be able to walk unaided for the first time.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It has been announced this week that national charity, Caudwell Children, have come on board to help make this happen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So far Abbey&amp;rsquo;s young life has been affected by living with Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy, which causes her to have stiffness and pain in her legs, making it impossible for her to run around with her friends and when at home she often has to crawl or walk on her knees.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;The evening of clairvoyance which was held at Eccleston Social club; saw a number of mediums take to the stage to give demonstrationsand offer private readings to an audience of170 people.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The night,organised by Philomena Denton from Preston Road, didn&amp;rsquo;t just offer messages; attendees could also take part in a raffle, take their chance on the lucky dip and enjoy a bite to eat.&amp;nbsp; Philomena decided to organise the event after hearing about Susanna&amp;rsquo;s plight from a friend.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

A football team are following in the footsteps of Aston Villa and Barcelona by ditching their sponsor logo and replacing it with a charity badge.&lt;br /&gt;

Kidsgrove Athletic FC, who are sponsored by J &amp;amp; S Seddon Group, will have Caudwell Children’s logo emblazoned on their first team shirts in support of the national charity, who are committed to changing the lives of sick and disabled children.</description>
