KMP put Makro on the Map!

KMP has been working with cash and carry giants, Makro to create a new home page design which is specifically focused towards customers.

An integral part of this project has been the development of a Google Map Application, which allows customers to type in their postcode and find their nearest store.

Makro were looking to maximise the number of visitors to the website, and ultimately to improve the sign up to the Makro card online.

The new home page is intuitive and clear, and is designed to create an easy and intuitive shopping experience at Makro.  The Google Map store locator application is a central feature of the home page, and can also calculate the location of the customer and provide directions to the nearest store.

Further work with Makro includes the development of an online virtual assistant, which will aid in the assistance of customer service online.  This is due to go live towards the end of January.

Makro originally came across KMPs services after attending one of our seminars on the topic of Web Content Strategy, and we hope to work together on additional projects in the future.
