Trek America, which is part of TUI Travel PLC, provide small group adventure tours throughout North America. The project demonstrates the pioneering attitude of both Trek America and TUI and their insight into both their dedication to continually look to enhance their customers experience and to ensure they remain at the forefront of an increasingly competitive industry.
The new project, which has been proposed and will be delivered by KMP Digitata, makes use of existing social media sites and will deliver user generated content to a marketing platform, and demonstrates once more the innovation of KMP Digitata in identifying and delivering social media solutions that are geared towards engaging customers with the brands of their clients.
The platform will make full use of middleware to connect to 3rd party services and create a whole new experience for the Trekker that will be utilised before, during and after their Trek America trip.
